Women's ministry desires to lead all women into a vibrant relationship with Christ. We want women to connect the gospel to their lives so that Christ becomes central to who they are and what they do. There is nothing more glorifying to God than women in the body of Christ coming together committed to love, serve, and mature for the cause of Christ.

Weekly Equipping Class

Who Are You Following?: Pursuing Jesus in a Social Media-Obsessed World Bible Study by Sadie Robertson Huff in Room 108 at 6:00. You follow Jesus---but whom do you let influence you on social media? Huff draws on research, surveys, and biblical stories, as well as her own experience as a popular culture commentator, to discuss going from being "liked" to loved, motivations for fame, being "seen" versus being known, responses to the cancel culture, and more. (led by Shannon Jackson)

Twice Monthly Equipping Classes

Precept upon Precept: Ezekiel: Then you will know that I am Lord will meet Thursday, October 10th and 24th at 9:30 am in Room 108. God appointed Ezekiel as a watchman to warn his people of coming judgment. Seeing visions and performing signs, he called individuals to turn from wickedness to righteousness because God takes no pleasure in the death of the wicked. (led by Lisa Jones)

Women of Hope: Missing Pieces with Jennifer Rothchild will meet Friday, October 4th and 18th at 10:30 am in Room 108. This takes a realistic look at the messy, mysterious uncertainties of faith. Experience God's peace, despite your heartache. God will reveal himself to you and fill in your missing pieces. (led by Sherry Wingate)

Once A Month Equipping Classes

Love Your Neighbor: Third Tuesday Study: Truths About the Holy Spirit and Spiritual Warfare begins Tuesday, October 15th at 9:30 am in Room 108. Like Jesus, the Spirit fights for you. He does amazing things within you that prepare you for the spiritual battles you will face. (led by Linda Finlin)

Women On Mission: Meets Tuesday, October 22nd at 12:00 noon (bring your own lunch) and will meet in the FBC Gathering Area behind the sanctuary. Women come together to serve spiritual and physical needs of people as the Great Commission is carried out and the gospel is shared. All women are invited to be a part of this ministry by serving others. (led by Jennifer Dansby)

Faithful Workouts: Inspiring Physical and Spiritual Fitness: Meets from 8-9 am on Monday and Wednesday each week, women meet in the Student Ministry Building to participate in various DVD-guided exercise for all ages. Contact for more information (led by Joan Mitchell)

Ministry Opportunities

We recognize the importance of Bible study in a woman’s life. Women need other women to encourage them to live in obedience to God’s Word. If you are interested in hosting a small group Bible Study in your home… asking friends, neighbors, or anyone you encounter that wants to know the Lord in a deeper way.….contact
