Fred Karthaus
Fred received a Bachelor of Arts from Samford University (1986) with emphasis in Religion and Philosophy, a Master of Divinity from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary (1992) with emphasis in Pastoral Care, and a Doctor of Ministry from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary (2005) with emphasis in Pastoral Care. He has served churches in Alabama as Minister of Youth, Minister of Education, and as Pastor. Fred has been Pastor at First Baptist Church, Andalusia since 2006.
 
 
Dwight Crigger
Dwight received a Bachelor of Music from Mississippi College (1978) with emphasis in Church Music, and a Master of Church Music from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary (1981). He has served churches in Alabama, Mississippi, and Georgia and has been Associate Pastor - Music at First Baptist Church, Andalusia since 2007. His passion is to lead others in a closer walk with the Lord and use music as an avenue to express our thankfulness to our Savior. 
Judson Blackstock
Judson received a Bachelors from Auburn University (1998) and a Master of Divinity from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary (2002) with emphasis in Missions, Evangelism, and Church Growth. He has served in various capacities at churches in Alabama and Georgia. Judson has been Associate Pastor - Education at First Baptist Church, Andalusia since 2008.
 
 
 
Gordon Vickers
Gordon is originally from Mobile, Alabama and has lived in Andalusia since 1999. Gordon has been on staff at First Baptist Church, Andalusia since 2002 and feels truly blessed to be able to serve as Director of Senior Adults along with his wife, Trudy.
 
 
 
 
Michael Rodriguez
Michael is a 2005 graduate of Ouachita Baptist University where he received his BA in Speech Communication and Music. He also received his Master of Divinity with an emphasis in Youth Ministry from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in May of 2008. Michael has served as Minister to Students at First Baptist Church, Andalusia since 2008. One of Michael’s single greatest passions in life is to help students to realize they are here for a purpose and God can use them to influence the world around them if they would just surrender to Him.
